Nebo School District Payson High School Grand Piano

The Nebo School District is seeking bids to provide a grand piano for the soon-to-be-constructed Payson High School. The bid will be awarded to a single vendor, and the successful vendor must be able to deliver the piano by June 1, 2025. The vendor must also have a physical presence in the state of Utah and be able to pick up and deliver instruments needing warranty and service in a timely manner. • The bid is for a C. Bechstein A 190 Parlor Grand Piano or equivalent. • The vendor must include shipping and delivery costs in their bid quote. • The bid must be submitted online via SciQuest/UP3 or emailed to Ryan Pitcher at [email protected] before the deadline. • The District reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotes, or any portion thereof. • The final selection and awarding of the bid will be made by the District in relationship to price, quality, date of delivery, and all other specifications which the District feels is in their best interest.
