Field #1 Drainage Improvements at Soldier Creek Park

This contract is for the improvement of the drainage system at Field #1 of Soldier Creek Park in Longwood, Florida. The project includes the installation of a new drainage system, including the connection to the existing storm drainage system. The contractor will supply all equipment, materials, and labor necessary for the project. The scope of services includes site preparation, construction, and permitting. The project is expected to cost approximately $34,422.53. • The project includes the application of herbicide to remove existing turf, removal of existing irrigation heads, and reverse tilling of treated sod and soil. • The contractor will install ADS 4" N-12 perforated socked pipe and ADS 6" solid drainpipe, and backfill perforated pipe trenches with #57 granite and 85/15 Greensmix sand. • The contractor will also laser grade the area and reinstall irrigation heads removed prior to construction. • The project includes the installation of big roll bermudagrass sod and restoration of the site to its pre-renovation appearance.
