The City of Chico is seeking a consultant to develop a comprehensive five-year strategic plan for the Chico Police Department. The plan should align policy priorities with public resources and include measurable outcomes to track success. The consultant will work with the police department to establish priorities, outline actions to achieve objectives, and set a framework for reporting progress to the City Council, City Manager, and the community.
