The City of Los Angeles, through its Police Commission, is soliciting qualified vendors to operate an Official Police Garage (OPG) providing standard‑ and medium‑duty towing and vehicle storage for Service Area 5. The contractor must supply towing equipment, maintain storage facilities, meet strict response‑time and compliance requirements, and handle city‑owned vehicle impoundments.
