RFP Construction Manager at Risk - UU Neighborhood - Building 19, Plaza, and Building 65 Renovation

This contract is for the renovation of Building 19, Plaza, and Building 65 at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. The project includes interior renovations and exterior improvements, and is planned to have two overlapping phases of work.
