CIP# CP2412 - FAIN LAKE BRIDGE REPLACEMENT (REVISED SCOPE OF WORK)

The Town of Prescott Valley is seeking bids for the construction of the CIP #CP2412 – Fain Lake Bridge Replacement. The work consists of production and delivery of a new floating bridge for Fain Lake, with a span of 165 feet, and includes handrails on both sides, ramps on both ends, and an anchor system to keep the bridge in place. The bridge will be built of similar materials and design as the original bridge, with a segmented, pontoon design, and will fluctuate up to 10 feet with the water level. The contract was awarded to FWM Docks for a total bid of $117,119. • The bridge will be a floating bridge, rising and falling with the lake level. • The bridge will have handrails on both sides. • The bridge will have ramps on both ends to accommodate the elevation difference between the bridge and the shore. • The bridge will be built of similar materials and design as the original bridge. • The contract includes the anchor system to keep the bridge in place.
