6 - AUTOMOTIVE AND HEAVY EQUIPMENT PARTS, SUPPLIES AND SERV

This contract is for the purchase and delivery of Automotive and Heavy Equipment Parts, Supplies, and Services for use at various County of Orange facilities. The contract is a firm-fixed fee contract with a total aggregate contract amount not to exceed $322,500. The contractor, Truck & Auto Supply Inc., will provide parts and supplies in accordance with the Scope of Work, which includes minimum contract requirements, delivery instructions, and payment terms. The contract has a term of five years, with the option to renew for two additional years. The County of Orange reserves the right to terminate the contract without penalty. • The contract includes a list of specific parts and supplies with corresponding prices. • The contractor is required to deliver goods within two weeks of the order being placed. • The County of Orange will pay the contractor in arrears, with payment due 30 days after receipt of an invoice. • The contractor is responsible for all costs related to photocopying, telephone communications, and fax communications while on County sites. • The contract includes provisions for termination, indemnification, and audits.
