Description
This contract awards Southland Rowe Roofing, Inc. the sole responsibility to replace the roof on Building 8 of Sabal Palm Elementary School in Tallahassee, FL. The work includes complete demolition of the existing roof system, installation of new steel decking, polyiso insulation, a cold‑applied 2‑ply thermoplastic hybrid membrane (KEE FB 60), new metal wall panels, gutters, downspouts, and all associated site safety, scaffolding, and cleanup.
