109.24.B6 - Support for Special Education/Related Provider Services

This contract is for the provision of special education services, including physical therapists, speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, and other related services, to the Howard County Public School System. The contract is valued at up to $8,499,244.00 per year, and the term of the contract is from September 1, 2024, to August 31, 2027, with the option to renew for an additional four years. The contractor, Amergis Healthcare Staffing, Inc., will provide these services on an as-needed basis, and the contract includes provisions for billing, payment, and termination.
