Real Estate and Development Consultant

VIA Metropolitan Transit is seeking a real estate and development consultant to provide expertise and assist in encouraging transit-supportive development that complements its long-range comprehensive transportation plan. The contract was awarded to Economic and Planning Systems, Inc. for a term of three years, from October 1, 2013, to September 30, 2016. The DBE goal for this procurement is 14%.
