MATERIAL & LABOR TO DISPOSE OF DOMESTIC WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT BIOSOLIDS

The City of Sebring is seeking a qualified and licensed contractor to dispose of domestic wastewater treatment plant biosolids from its aerobic digesters located at four City-owned wastewater treatment facility locations. The successful vendor shall arrange and permit a minimum of two sites to dispose of biosolids, and ensure proper disposal in accordance with all state and federal rules and regulations. Key responsibilities include: • Disposing of domestic wastewater biosolids from the four City-owned wastewater treatment facilities • Arranging and permitting a minimum of two sites to dispose of biosolids • Ensuring proper disposal in accordance with all state and federal rules and regulations • Meeting the requirements for pathogen and vector reduction of City Biosolids • Beginning disposal within 48 hours of notification The contract is for a period of one year and may be renewed up to two additional one year periods by mutual agreement of both parties.
