DIFFERENTIAL RESPONSE SERVICES

The County of Riverside is seeking proposals from qualified parties to provide Differential Response (DR) Services for the County's Department of Public Social Services (DPSS). The services will provide direct support for families with closed investigative and evaluated out referrals, with the goal of preventing future referrals and entry into the formal Child Welfare System. The program will incorporate evidence-based practices and outcome-based measures. The contract was awarded to Family Service Association and John F. Kennedy Memorial Foundation, with each providing services in different regions.
