This contract calls for the supply and timely delivery of horticultural and soil‑amendment materials to the Soldiers’ and Sailors’ Monument in downtown Cleveland. The procurement covers a mix of flower flats, potted plants, organic humus/manure mix, and black mulch, with deliveries split across four scheduled loads. The scope includes:
