RIVERSIDE COUNTY FLEET VEHICLES MID-SIZE SUV CATEGORY ONLY

The County of Riverside is soliciting quotations from motor vehicle dealerships to provide mid-size sport utility vehicles for their fleet. The contract will be for a period of one year, with no obligation to purchase a specified amount of goods or services. The county anticipates purchasing approximately 50 mid-size SUVs per year. The scope of the contract includes fleet vehicles and available options, as described in Exhibit A. Key features and pricing for the vehicles are included in the bid recap document. • The contract is for mid-size SUVs with a minimum wheelbase of 119". • The county will process orders on an as-needed basis throughout the duration of the contract period. • The awarded bidder shall provide Riverside County with a copy of the current model year factory price sheet if requested. • The contract includes options for volume discounts and dealer rebates.
