Continuing Architect and/or Landscape Architect

The City of Port St. Lucie has awarded a contract to CPZ Architects, Inc. for professional architectural and/or landscape architectural services. The contract is for a term of three years, with the option to renew for two additional one-year terms. The contractor will provide services on a time and materials basis, with hourly rates ranging from $80 to $350 per hour. The contract includes provisions for insurance, indemnification, and termination. The City reserves the right to order changes to the work, and the contractor is responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations. Some of the key services to be provided under this contract include: • Pre-design services for proposed projects • Design services, including preliminary design, construction documents, and bidding assistance • Permitting services, including assistance with acquiring necessary approvals from local, regional, state, and federal jurisdictional agencies • Plan review services, including review of submittal documents to ensure conformance with the City's codes and regulations • Construction administration services, including on-site observations and certification of completed work • Assistance with suggesting edits or revisions to City code to carry out the City's vision.
