Pest Control Services

This contract is for pest control services to be provided by Pestmaster Services to the City of St. Petersburg, Florida. The services include monthly inspections and spot treatments for pests, as well as annual perimeter treatments for certain locations. The contract has a term of three years, with the option to renew for an additional two one-year periods. The total annual cost of the contract is not to exceed $12,500. The contractor is required to maintain certain insurance policies and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Key aspects of the contract include: • The contractor is responsible for providing pest control services to various City locations, including City Hall, police and fire stations, and other facilities. • The contractor must provide monthly reports detailing the services provided and any pests identified. • The contractor is responsible for maintaining all necessary insurance policies, including commercial general liability insurance and workers' compensation insurance. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to pest control and environmental protection. • The City has the option to terminate the contract at any time with 30 days' written notice. • The contractor is responsible for providing a single point of contact to administer the contract and for notifying the City of any changes to the account manager or contact information.
