The State of Utah - Division of Facilities Construction and Management (DFCM) is requesting bids for the construction of the Cannon Building – 4th Floor Space Renovation project. The project involves renovating an area of the 4th floor in the Cannon Building to create private offices, a meeting room, storage, phone/focus rooms, and a demising wall. The construction cost estimate is $250,000.
