SOUTH HARTFORD CONVEYANCE AND STORAGE TUNNEL ARLINGTON, NEWINGTON AND NEW-BRITAIN CONSOLIDATION CONDUITS

This contract concerns the design‑build construction of the South Hartford Conveyance and Storage Tunnel Arlington, Newington and New‑Britain Consolidation Conduits. The scope includes excavation and installation of large‑diameter conduits, associated diversion structures, high‑outlet relief structures, and two odor‑control facilities, plus all related equipment, permits, and testing.
