This solicitation seeks a qualified janitorial contractor to provide routine cleaning services for two Morrow County facilities in Boardman and Irrigon. Services include waste removal, dusting, floor care (vacuuming, sweeping, mopping), restroom sanitation, interior window cleaning, and supply of basic consumables.
