P-22018 Architecture and Engineering Services

This contract is a Master Independent Contractor Agreement for Architecture and Engineering Services between the Chicago Park District and Milhouse Engineering and Construction, Inc. The contract is for a period of five years with the possibility of an additional one-year extension. The contractor will provide architecture and/or engineering services to the Park District for various projects. The contract includes provisions for insurance, indemnification, and termination.
