The Jacksonville Port Authority is seeking a qualified contractor to install two new steel awnings at the Port Central Office Building (PCOB) in Jacksonville, FL. The work includes demolition of existing structures, site preparation, concrete work, relocation of an access‑control pedestal, installation of the awnings, associated stucco finishes, utility connections, and all required permits. The contract will be awarded on a full‑open competition basis, with a mandatory 5 % participation goal for Jacksonville Small and Emerging Businesses (JSEB). Bids must be submitted electronically via JAXPORT’s e‑Builder system, accompanied by a 5 % bid bond, performance/payment bonds for 100 % of the contract sum, and required insurance certificates. The contractor must complete the project within 90 calendar days from issuance of the Notice to Proceed and provide a one‑year warranty on the installed awnings.
