Trade Services

The contract is for trade services, including general/existing building remodeling, maintenance, and repair. The vendor, Desert Heat Construction LLC, will provide written quotes and schedules for planned work at no cost to the City. The contract has a term of one year, with an option to renew. The City reserves the right to award by individual line item, by group of line items, or as a total, whichever is deemed most advantageous to the City. • The contract includes provisions for payment, taxes, and subcontracting. • The vendor must comply with all safety rules and regulations of the Federal Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970 (OSHA) and applicable state and local laws, ordinances, and regulations. • The vendor must provide a minimum of 12 months warranty for all labor. • The contract includes a price sheet with equipment cost, material cost, labor cost, and tax rate. • The vendor must have the correct class of license as required by the Registrar of Contractors for the work specified.
