Solid Waste Landfill and Ancillary Facilities Professional Engineering Consulting Services

This contract is for professional engineering consulting services associated with landfill management and other related landfill ancillary facilities, programs, projects, and other related activities on an as-needed basis. The services include design, construction, administration, study, evaluation, consulting, and other professional and technical support services. The contract has a term of 5 years and a budget of $1,500,000. The vendor is required to provide insurance coverage, including workers' compensation, general liability, and professional liability. • The contract requires the vendor to provide services on an assignment-by-assignment basis. • The vendor must provide a detailed scope of work for each assignment, including a not-to-exceed budget amount. • The vendor is responsible for the accuracy of the work and must promptly correct any errors or omissions without additional compensation. • The vendor must maintain insurance coverage throughout the duration of the contract and for two years beyond final acceptance. • The vendor must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards, including the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986.
