Bid #18018- Somerton Drive Waterline and Pavement Replacement, Venture Lane Waterline and Pecan Park Parking Lot Project

This project consists of the replacement of waterlines and pavement on Somerton Drive, Venture Lane, and Pecan Park. The scope of work includes the installation of new waterlines, pavement, sidewalks, and storm sewers, as well as the removal and disposal of existing infrastructure. The project also includes site restoration and landscaping. The contract was awarded through a sealed bid process, and the bid tabulation is included in the contract documents. The engineer's opinion of probable construction cost is $1,766,584.00. • The project includes the installation of approximately 6,912 square yards of 7-inch concrete pavement and 871 square yards of concrete driveways. • The project also includes the installation of approximately 8,506 feet of storm sewer and 2,221 feet of 6-inch to 12-inch waterline. • The contractor is responsible for site restoration and landscaping, including the replacement of landscaping, hardscape, traffic signs, and irrigation systems. • The contract includes a pre-bid conference and a bid submission deadline. • The contract documents include plans, specifications, and bid tabulations.
