Design Services for Arroyo Grande - Huasna Road Bridge Replacement

The County of San Luis Obispo is seeking design services for the replacement of the Arroyo Grande - Huasna Road Bridge. The existing bridge was built in 1940 and is eligible for replacement and funding by the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) Highway Bridge Program (HBP). The project shall fully comply with Chapter 6 of the Local Assistance Programs Guidelines (LAPG) and the entire Local Assistance Procedures Manual (LAPM). The scope of work includes the design of a new concrete bridge to replace the existing timber bridge. • The project is funded by the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) Highway Bridge Program (HBP) • The project must comply with Chapter 6 of the Local Assistance Programs Guidelines (LAPG) and the entire Local Assistance Procedures Manual (LAPM) • The scope of work includes the design of a new concrete bridge to replace the existing timber bridge • The contract is intended to be awarded on or around June 3, 2025
