License Agreement Cactus Transport II, LLC D/B/A Cactus Asphalt

The contract is a license agreement between the Town of Fountain Hills and Cactus Transport II, LLC D/B/A Cactus Asphalt for the use of a 40,000 SF area located at the northeast corner of Golden Eagle Boulevard and Bainbridge Avenue, and a 23,000 SF area located in the unpaved alley Phase 5, between Sioux and Rand Dr, as a staging area for the Fountain Hills El Lago Traffic Calming Paving Project. The agreement is for a period of 81 days, from April 10, 2023, to June 30, 2023. The vendor is required to use due care and diligence in the use of the property, and to restore the property to its original condition at the end of the licensed period. The vendor is also required to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, and to obtain insurance coverage for the town's interests.
