Description
The City of St. Petersburg, Florida has entered into an agreement with IPS Group Inc. for the provision of management services and web-based parking meters. The agreement includes the provision of data management services, web management system, and meter data communications. The City will pay a monthly fee of $6.25 per meter, plus $0.13 per credit card transaction. The agreement also includes provisions for the purchase of spare parts and repair services. The City has the option to terminate the agreement if the Contractor fails to meet the service availability requirements. The agreement includes a warranty period of 12 months for new meter or sensor products.
