PARKING LOT SWEEPING SERVICES

The County of Riverside is soliciting quotations for parking lot sweeping services for the Riverside University Health System (RUHS) Plant Operations Department. The services include sweeping the parking lot three times per week, blowing out corners, curb lines, gutters, and loading dock areas, and collecting leaves, trash, and debris. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. The contract has a monthly cost for sweeping services, with a one-year service cost of $20,940.00 for Superior Sweeping, Ltd. • The contract requires the vendor to sign in and out upon arrival and departure. • The vendor must provide service between 11:00 PM and 4:30 AM. • The vendor must blow out all areas behind bumper stops and clean and blow dirt and dust from the parking lot. • The vendor must collect leaves, trash, and debris to dispose off-site. • The vendor must not blow leaves and trash into storm drains.
