This contract covers a comprehensive roadway improvement project on Nob Hill Boulevard between 64th and 72nd Avenues in Yakima, WA. The scope includes extensive earthwork, demolition, and site preparation; installation of new asphalt, base courses, and concrete curbs, sidewalks, and ADA‑compliant ramps; storm‑water management features such as infiltration swales, under‑drain pipes, catch basins, and manholes; extension of a 12‑in sanitary sewer main with associated manholes and connections; and full street‑lighting and electrical conduit installation.
