Sublet Vehicle Repair

The City of Orlando is seeking to award a contract for sublet vehicle repairs to qualified automotive service providers. The contract is for a three-year term, with an option to renew for two additional one-year terms. The contractor will provide all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, and transportation necessary for the performance of repairs and maintenance. The contractor must have a local service facility within a 20-mile radius of the City's Fleet Management Division and must provide prompt and convenient service to the City. The contract includes a warranty period of 36 months or 36,000 miles, whichever is greater, and the contractor must report sales and usage data to the City on an annual basis.
