Bulk Fuel Supply-Rebid

The City of La Porte is seeking competitive bids for the sale and delivery of bulk fuels and services related to these products. The city plans to award a primary and secondary contract for these products and services and may do so in whole or by section to provide the best value for the city. The contract includes emergency services and/or equipment provider to perform emergency fuel management services on an "as-needed" or emergency contingency basis. Key points to consider: • The city does not guarantee that the city will provide such work to the contractor nor is there a guarantee for any particular amount of work. • No payment shall be made for these services or equipment until the contractor is officially notified by the city to commence emergency services. • The bid receiving location is City Hall Information Desk, 604 W. Fairmont Parkway, La Porte, Texas 77571. • Sealed bids must be received no later than the date and time stated above.
