Interlocal Agreement, Use of Facilities in an Emergency, Blue Ridge ISD

This contract is an interlocal agreement between Collin County, Texas, and the Blue Ridge Independent School District for the use of school facilities in the event of a public health emergency. The agreement allows the county to utilize the district's facilities and staff to assist in mass immunization or treatment. The county is responsible for supplying equipment, personnel, and other necessary resources, while the district is responsible for providing access to its facilities and utilities. The agreement is effective for a period of one year and automatically renews on a yearly basis. • The agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas. • The county and district agree to indemnify and hold harmless each other from any claims or damages arising out of the implementation of the agreement. • The agreement may be modified or terminated by either party with written notice. • The district and county agree to negotiate in good faith to resolve any disputes arising under the agreement.
