2015 Kansas Avenue Storm Sewer Improvements

The contract is for the construction of the 2015 Kansas Avenue Storm Sewer Improvements in Olathe, Kansas. The project includes improvements to Kansas Avenue and Oak Street storm drainage, tunneling of storm sewer conveyance under BNSF Railroad, storm sewer conduits, storm sewer inlets, curb and gutter, asphalt parking lot replacement, seeding, grading, erosion control, and all other appurtenances necessary to complete the project. The contract requires a satisfactory bid bond executed by the bidder or an acceptable surety, in an amount equal to five percent of the total bid for work.
