VARIABLE FREQUENCY DRIVE (VFD) PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE AND REPAIRS

This contract is for Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) preventative maintenance and repairs. The contractor, I.T.S. Group Inc. dba Industrial Technical Services, will provide annual preventative maintenance on 12 CUF Toshiba Q9 industrial VFDs. The contract includes a firm-fixed fee of $50,000 and has a duration of 4 years. The contractor will perform maintenance services, including visual inspections, functional testing, and cleaning, and will provide detailed service reports.
