015.25.B7 Supplemental One to One Nurse Services

The contract is for supplemental one-to-one nurse services to be provided by MPS Healthcare Inc. DBA Continuum Pediatric Nursing Services to the Howard County Public School System (HCPSS). The services include temporary staffing for one-to-one nurse services, supplemental health room coverage nurses, and part-time nurses for field trips. The contract has a term of one year, with the option to renew for an additional four years. The contract value is not to exceed $5,870,579.92 over the term of the contract, including optional periods. • The contractor shall provide all goods and/or services per the requirements as set forth in the "Solicitation Documents". • The contractor shall deliver all goods and/or services per the requirements as set forth in the "Solicitation Documents". • The contractor shall exercise no administrative authority over the work of employees of the Board, but shall act only as advisers in those fields in which they are qualified to offer expert assistance. • The contractor shall not assign or transfer the contractor’s interest or obligation under this Agreement to any third party, without the prior written consent of the Board.
