The County of Hawaii is seeking a vendor to provide plotter maintenance service for two OCE Plotwave printers, models 350 and 360, located at the Department of Public Works. The service should include cleaning and servicing the printers, as well as providing all parts and labor, except for consumables. The vendor should also provide a quote before proceeding with any repairs and complete the repairs on-site within 48 hours after parts arrive. The contract is for a one-time service, and the total cost should be inclusive of tax.
