HVAC Systems Controls

The contract is for HVAC systems controls and maintenance services for various buildings in Flagler County. The contractor will provide annual scheduled maintenance inspections, 24-hour dial-in and phone support, and repairs. The contract has a term of 3 years with an option to extend for an additional 3 years. The compensation for the contractor is an annual fee not-to-exceed $55,541.00, payable in four quarterly installments. Some key points of the contract include: * The contractor will provide all labor and materials associated with annual scheduled maintenance inspections on HVAC controls. * The contractor will respond within two hours for any energy management system (EMS) dial-in issue 24/7. * The contractor will provide unlimited dial-in support and repairs for controls 24/7. * The contractor will update and correct all building BACNET Network LAN drawings as required. * The contractor will provide periodic recommendations of all new energy-saving devices available or energy-saving programming solutions which may lower operating costs.
