Description
The City of Tucson has awarded a contract to Oracle Energy Alliance, LLC for evaporative cooling equipment maintenance, repairs, and replacement services. The contract has a term of four years, starting from April 1, 2022, and ending on March 31, 2026. The scope of work includes servicing and maintaining approximately 400 buildings and 450 evaporative cooling units. Oracle Energy Alliance, LLC will provide a team of experienced technicians, including a lead tech/manager, field manager, and senior HVAC technicians, to perform the work. The contract also includes provisions for insurance, indemnification, and termination.
