Campus Landscaping and Maintenance

The contract is for campus-wide landscaping maintenance services at Eastern Kentucky University. The scope of work includes furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary for the complete required work/maintenance of all items as indicated throughout the attached specifications. The contract has a term of one year, with the option to renew for up to four additional years. The winning vendor, Hillenmeyer Landscape Services, LLC, will provide seasonal color programs, landscaping construction and installation, landscape maintenance, and design services. Some of the key services include: • Contract Seasonal Fall Bed Cleanup and Prep • Contract Seasonal Color Fall (Mums and pansy) Installation • Contract seasonal Color Bulb (Tulips) Installation • Contract seasonal Bulb Bed Cleanup and Prep • Contract Seasonal Spring Cleanup and Prep • Contract Seasonal Summer Installation • Planting Maintenance Visits The contract also requires the vendor to provide a comprehensive line of service offerings, including expert advice on other campus landscape and flower scape projects.
