Dealerships and Brokerage Services (RFQ/IDIQ) at TSTC - Statewide

The contract is for dealerships and brokerage services to support various TSTC programs on an "as needed basis". The selected suppliers will search for used vehicles, heavy and/or light equipment, and provide a high level of customer service and after-sale care. The contract will be for two years with an option to renew for three additional one-year periods. The contract has been awarded to six vendors: CTX INC., Roberts Truck Center, ABX Industries, LLC, Charlie Douthit Mtr. Co., Quinton & Sons, Inc, and Bill Jones Equipment CO INC. • The contract is an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) solicitation. • The contract is for the purpose of providing dealerships and/or brokerage services. • The contract has been awarded to six vendors. • The contract will be for two years with an option to renew for three additional one-year periods. • The contract requires the selected suppliers to provide a high level of customer service and after-sale care. • The contract has a scope of service that includes the search for used vehicles, heavy and/or light equipment.
