NORICH PARK PLAYGROUND REPLACEMENT PROJECT

The City of North Richland Hills is seeking a vendor to design, manufacture, and install playground equipment, fall zone material, and shade elements for the Norich Park Playground Replacement Project. The project includes the replacement of the existing playground equipment and the installation of new shade structures. The city reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any technicalities for the best interest of the city. • The bid submission deadline was February 20, 2018, at 12:00 PM EST. • The city will notify the successful bidder upon award of the contract. • All bids received will be available for inspection upon award of the contract. • The city will make a determination as to the responsiveness of bids submitted based on compliance with all applicable laws, city guidelines, and project documents. • The bid tabulation statement lists multiple vendors, including The Playwell Group, Child's Play, Inc., KOMPAN, Lea Park & Play, Play By Design, WeBuildFun, and Whirlix.
