Industrial Gases

The City of Allentown has awarded a contract to Linde Gas & Equipment for the delivery of industrial gases. The contract is effective for one year, from the date of award to December 31, 2024, and may be extended for up to six months beyond the contract expiration period if mutually agreed upon. The City will issue Purchase Orders and/or Blanket Orders for items on an as-needed basis. The contract requires the vendor to provide industrial gases to various departments within the City of Allentown, with all pricing being complete and firm. The City will not pay any additional unloading, pallet, container, or handling charges, insurance charges, fuel surcharges, hazardous material charges, or taxes and deposits. • The contract is for the delivery of industrial gases to various departments within the City of Allentown. • The contract is effective for one year, with the possibility of a six-month extension. • The City will issue Purchase Orders and/or Blanket Orders for items on an as-needed basis. • The vendor is required to provide complete and firm pricing, with no additional charges. • The contract is a result of a quote process, with Linde Gas & Equipment being the awarded vendor.
