Painting Services

The contract is for painting services, including exterior and interior painting, pressure washing, and other related tasks. The contract is awarded to five vendors: Almost New Painting, Dave & John's Painting, Five 12 Painting - Remodeling, Lamphier Co., and Quick Painting Group. The contract is for a fixed hourly labor rate and firm percentage discounts for parts, supplies, and materials. The scope of work includes painting services for commercial, residential, and renovation projects. • Painting exterior and interior buildings, walls, doors, jams, etc. • Pressure washing (exterior and interior areas) • Painting inside and outside facility designated areas, (classrooms, gymnasiums, portables, etc.) • Prime, sand, fill cracks and holes in walls, patch areas, etc., as needed
