The City of Corvallis is seeking a consultant to provide concept-level design and cost estimate for three facility projects: a new Parks Maintenance Complex, a new administrative building for the Civic Campus, and a repurposed Fire Station #1. The consultant will be required to perform a 'fatal flaw' analysis, develop architectural concepts, and provide a preferred concept design option for pricing. The consultant will also be required to make site visits and conduct interviews with City personnel. The City encourages small, minority- and women-owned businesses to submit proposals.
• The project consists of three tasks: Task One for the Parks Maintenance Complex, Task Two for the Civic Campus, and Task Three for Fire Station #1.
• The consultant will be required to develop architectural concepts, perform site analysis, and provide exterior renderings and supporting graphic material.
• The City reserves the right to select one or more consultants to fulfill the scope of work.
• The consultant will be required to make in-person presentations of their findings and recommendations to City staff and the Corvallis City Council.
