Description
The City of Boise is seeking a highly experienced and qualified consultant to prepare several components of the Consolidated Plan, which must meet the requirements of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and the Integrated Disbursement and Information System (IDIS). The consultant will be responsible for preparing various documents, including a housing plan, and will be required to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, and the selection committee will evaluate proposals based on criteria such as qualifications, experience, and cost.
