Contract value

$200,000

The value of this contract is difficult to estimate without more information on the scope and complexity of the project. However, based on the fact that it is a design services contract for the rehabilitation of downtown stairs, it is likely to be a mid-sized contract. The cost of design services can vary widely depending on the complexity of the project, the experience and qualifications of the consultant, and the location of the project. Assuming an average cost of design services of around 10-15% of the total construction cost, and an average construction cost of $1-2 million for a project of this type, the value of the contract could be in the range of $100,000 to $300,000. However, this is a very rough estimate and the actual value of the contract could be higher or lower, depending on the specifics of the project.
