Custodial Supplies and Equipment

The contract is for the purchase of custodial supplies and equipment by Cleburne I.S.D. The contract will be for a period of one year, from July 1, 2023, to June 30, 2024. The contract includes various items such as cleaning solutions, mops, brooms, and other janitorial supplies. The vendor will be required to deliver the items within 48 hours of receipt of an order. The contract also includes an interlocal agreement with the Educational Purchasing Cooperative of North Texas (EPCNT) and Central Texas Purchasing Association (CTPA), which allows other members of these organizations to utilize the goods provided by the successful vendor. • The contract includes a wide range of custodial supplies and equipment • The vendor must deliver items within 48 hours of receipt of an order • The contract includes an interlocal agreement with EPCNT and CTPA • The contract will be for a period of one year, from July 1, 2023, to June 30, 2024 • The vendor will be required to provide pricing for each item listed in the contract • The contract includes a provision for the vendor to provide replacement items in the event of a stock outage
