Probation Van Horn Transitional Housing Services

The County of Riverside, on behalf of the Probation Department, was seeking qualified bidders to provide treatment, shelter, and transitional services to the County. The services would be provided at the Van Horn Regional Training Facility, a 20,246 square foot structure located in Riverside, California.
