SVC-WASTEDECON (Waste removal and decontamination)

The City of Punta Gorda is seeking a qualified contractor to provide waste removal and decontamination services for a residential property. The contract includes the removal of household furnishings, waste, and decontamination of walls, floors, and ceilings. The contractor must be experienced in performing the scope of work and meet all minimum qualification requirements. The pricing proposed shall include all labor, equipment, and materials for the removal, transportation, and legal disposal of all household furnishings, waste materials, and decontamination of the property. • The contract includes two items: Removal of Waste & Decontamination Services and Transportation and disposal of waste. • The contract has a completion timeframe of 7 calendar days and payment terms of 2% 10 Net 45. • The contract award was made to multiple vendors, including W D SERVICES, INC, ACT Cleaning and Restoration, LLC, and Absolute Crime & Trauma Bio Clean.
