Description
The Town of Bourne is seeking a contractor to provide operation and maintenance services for the Buzzards Bay Wastewater Treatment Facility. The facility is a Membrane Biological Reactor (MBR) Wastewater Treatment Facility that requires a Chief Certified Grade 4 Operator and Backup Certified Grade 3 Operator to ensure proper operation. The services will include, but are not limited to, GWDP compliance, normal operation and preventative maintenance, repairs, emergency operation and response program, daily inspections of all equipment, and maintaining daily logs of activities.
• The contractor will be responsible for ensuring the facility operates in accordance with all applicable regulations and standards.
• The contractor will be required to provide a qualified team, including a Chief Certified Grade 4 Operator and Backup Certified Grade 3 Operator.
• The contractor will be responsible for performing daily inspections of all equipment and maintaining daily logs of activities.
• The contractor will be required to respond to emergencies and perform repairs as needed.
